Session Summary
As major economies around the world move rapidly to integrate digital assets into their institutional financial systems, Korea is also seeing the emergence of key policy priorities, including the introduction of spot digital asset ETFs, the establishment of a comprehensive regulatory framework, and greater integration between traditional finance and the digital asset market, including security tokens.
The National Assembly Seminar on Digital Asset Financial Innovation: Case Studies and Strategic Responses will examine domestic and international developments in digital asset regulation and financial innovation. Experts will present and discuss key topics including regulatory trends, the evolution of digital asset ETFs and the challenges involved in their institutionalization, as well as innovative practices in the asset management industry.
